Application and adaptability

This machine is mainly used in the last procedure of pelletizing process. When the mash materials have been pressed to form pellets or the pellets have been crumbled, the qualified products should be extracted by a grading sifter, while the unqualified particles or fines should be separated by sifting and then re-pelletized.

The vibrating grading sifter is a machine for grading the mixture of different-sized pellets by its vibrating sieve cover according to the size of pellets. In order to obtain a good grading effect and produce a certain vibration amplitude and frequency, a self-balancing vibrating driving device is adoptable for the sieve body, i.e. two vibrating motors shall be installed symmetrically at both sides of the sieve box for driving the sieve body. The two motors rotate oppositely to balance out the overlapping of exciting force in horizontal direction and in vertical direction, so as to guarantee a normal movement track of the sieve body, resulting in a good grading effect, small volume and steady movement. Therefore, this vibrating grading sifter is widely used in recent years.
