Application and adaptability

Rota-shake sifter is suitable for screening and grading of mashes and pellets, and preliminary cleaning of feedstuffs in feed mills, and grading of intermediate products in large and middle scaled feed mills. In addition, they can also be widely used for screening and grading of feedstuffs and finished products in cereal and food processing, chemical engineering, sugar engineering, mining and papermaking industries. 


Features

Balanced by overweight, there is little vibration and low noise. 

The driving device without any gears needs not lubricating oil and is free of oil leakage. 

The tail elastic support instead of gliding support can greatly lower noise and improve grading performance. 

With internally streamline designed material outlet, there is neither material deposition nor cross contamination. 

The pressure mechanism is simple and easy for rapid sieve replacement.

Two-layer sieve, three-layer sieve and two-layer sieve with double feed inlets are available.

Balance weight, suspended elastic support, swing design and low noise.

Repairs and maintenance

-Operate the machine strictly following its operating methods. Every shift should make necessary check and cleaning.

-Make frequent check on the tension of rubber belts, and replace worn ones timely.

-Make regular check on the wire screens and replace the damaged wire screens timely.

-The rolling bearings are lubricated by No. 2 lithium base grease. A certain amount of grease should be filled for each bearing and friction position. Fill grease into bearings with an oil gun through an oil cup every six months. Lubricating grease must be free of contamination. During yearly overhaul, it is necessary to disassemble them for a cleaning and replace lubricating oil.

-After running for 1000 h, a complete check should be made for the machine; the damaged or heavily worn parts, especially driving parts should be repaired or replaced. 

-In case of a longer down time, the machine should be cleaned inside and outside to remove dust and dirt, so as to prevent the machine from rusting and the sieve apertures from blockage, meantime, the V-type rubber belts should be disassembled and the hold-down mechanism should be loosened.
