Poultry rota-shake sifter

The machine is widely used in powder or granular materials, and also raw materials cleaning for feed factory and large and medium feed secondary grinding.

SFJH flat rotary classification sieve is made up of machine frame, hang rope, activity base sieve box, screen frame, supporting plate and transmission parts. Sieve box is 4°～6°with dip angle, the V-belt through motor drives eccentric shaft to rotate motion. The raw materials are put into machine from inlet and distribute sieves uniformly and slide down along inclined screen to form automatic classification. The small granule are glued to screen, and the granules, bigger than sieve size, move to outlet and discharge to machine, so far, the materials screening finished.

The three layers has four outlets and two layers with three outlets.

In order to improve screening efficiency, There put high elasticity rubber ball on sieve and haul. When sieve box working, rubber ball claps sieve irregularly to prevent blocking sieve hole and improve screening efficiency.

Application and adaptability

Rota-shake sifter is suitable for screening and grading of mashes and pellets, and preliminary cleaning of feedstuffs in feed mills, and grading of intermediate products in large and middle scaled feed mills. In addition, they can also be widely used for screening and grading of feedstuffs and finished products in cereal and food processing, chemical engineering, sugar engineering, mining and papermaking industries.

The driving device without any gears needs not lubricating oil and is free of oil leakage.

The tail elastic support instead of gliding support can greatly lower noise and improve grading performance.

With internally streamline designed material outlet, there is neither material deposition nor cross contamination.

The pressure mechanism is simple and easy for rapid sieve replacement.

Two-layer sieve, three-layer sieve and two-layer sieve with double feed inlets are available.

This model is suitable for the cleaning and grading treatment of powdery and granular materials or products in feed mills.

Changing the screen is very easy.

Precautions during usage and operation

Operators should well know the performance and structure of the machine, the adjusting methods and functions of each operating points.

Prior to starting the machine, check all connecting bolts at each position, to ensure there is no any loosening.

Feedstuffs can be fed only when there are not any abnormal phenomena like jamming, bump or friction after the machine has run for 3~5 min..

If there is any abnormal phenomena when the machine is running, including violent vibration, noise, or excessive temperature rise etc., stop the machine and check to find out the causes. Production can be continued only when the failures are removed.

The equipment should not be operated under any overload.

To stop the machine, first stop the feeder, and then keep it an idle running for 3~5 min and discharge the residual material from the inside.

For different requirements of screening and grading, the wire screens with different apertures can be selected to obtain corresponding output and quality.
