Application and adaptability
TWLY series rotary feeder is a superior feeding device for a hammer mill, and can be widely applicable for feeding different granular and powdery materials in cereal, oil, feed and food processing factories.
Principle for selection of the feeder
A suitable feeder should be selected according to a hammer mill.
Performances and features
The feeding speed is automatically adjusted by a frequency converter continuously, enabling the hammer mill to work constantly with full load, so as to reduce the power consumption;
A frequency conversion motor is used, and frequency converter has a wide range of frequency conversion;
A magnetic separating device is equipped near the material outlet, to guarantee that the clean material stream is provided for the hammer mill;
Both sides of the housing are sealed with end covers, so as to prolong the service life of bearings with pedestals;
The material inlet is set aside, to reduce the possibility of material jamming between the vane and inner wall of box body;
The feeding roll is equipped with a baffle above it, and adaptable for feeding different materials or changing the feeding amount of the feeder through adjusting the gap between the adjusting baffle and outer circle of the feeding roll.
