Feeder
The feeder is mainly used for feeding the material to conditioner in a certain amount, its equipped motor is a variable frequency control motor, and the revolution can be adjusted based on actual production condition. In order to fulfill the requirement of cleaning, the upper barrel is equipped with a cleaning gate.
Diameter cylinder conditioner
Diameter cylinder conditioner is applied to this system; the conditioner is made of all stainless steel and mainly composed of housing, agitator shaft and driving support device. The main features are shown as follows: two agitator shafts with different diameters and revolutions agitate material through back cross movement, agitation effect is good, so that material, steam, water or other liquids can be sufficiently mixed; and a housing with large capacity is used, so that material can be kept long enough under a certain temperature and moisture in the conditioner, so as to achieve pre-curing.
