Fully automatic control by computerized system, tolerance in adding operation ≤1%, in addition, liquid level and temperature can be regulated automatically.
Operating principle
Liquid raw material is pumped to the liquid storage tank via liquid heating and liquid feeding device and heated to the preset temperature, and then pumped to a scale hopper for weighing by a pump or other ways. The liquid feeding solenoid valve and the motor of liquid feeding pump at the upper part of the scale are closed at the same time when the preset weight has been reached, and the liquid output solenoid valve at the lower part of the scale is opened and the liquid enters a buffer hopper. When the value shown on the scale is zero, this valve shall be closed and the spraying pump shall be started, to pump the liquid from the buffer hopper to the mixer for adding, at the same time, the scale will continue the weighing of next batch of liquid and enters the next circulation.
