The working voltage should be stable, and deviation not more than ±5%. 

Note: When the height above sea level exceeds 1,000m, the motor temperature will rise due to thin air, and when the temperature is lower than -15℃, proper lubricating grease should be replaced.

Application and adaptability

TCQY series drum pre-cleaner is widely used for raw materials receiving in flour mills, feed mills, depots and other industries. It is mainly used for removing large impurities as rice straw, wheat straw, hemp, sheet paper, clump, corn leaves, corn ear and etc., so as to protect the subsequent machines and equipments in the process system from damage. 

Characteristics

This drum pre-cleaner is characterized by high output, good cleaning effect, low power consumption, simple structure, small floor area and etc.

The equipment is complete with an access door, which is convenient for routine repair and maintenance, as well as for replacement of the sieve drum. Two observation windows are equipped at the side face and top cover, which makes it possible to observe operation status of the equipment.

Appropriate sieve apertures can be selected as per the property of material, so as to get the optimum separation effect. 

Operating principle

The raw material enters the sieve drum via a feed hopper from the inlet during operation, the sieve drum constantly rotates, the finished product with a geometrical size smaller than the sieve apertures passes through the sieve drum rapidly, and flows out from the outlet. The large impurities that cannot pass through the sieve apertures are discharged from the sieve drum by the force of guide screw in the inner wall of the sieve drum and then from the large impurities outlet. The guide screw is not only helpful to discharge large impurities, but also can prevent the materials from flowing out together with the tailings
