Working principle and procedure
A geared motor drives the main shaft, and the main shaft then drives the material guiding elbow to move along the guide track. The switch is turned as required in control circuit and then the motor is started up. When the material guiding elbow moves to the designated position, power supply is cut off by the limit switch immediately, the guiding elbow thus stops in the designated positioning slot for discharging. With the effect of positioning slot, the outer seal ring and clamping seal ring tightly press against the inner wall of the lower body, forming a sealing space, and then material discharging begins. The lower housing is equipped with a dust outlet, through which the dust can be removed from the machine.
TFPX Rotary distributor can be made in stainless steel or carbon steel, according to customer request.
This model is suitable for distributing granular and powdery materials.
