Application of the machine

To ensure safety, this machine shall be used in the areas with an altitude lower than 1000m, a temperature from -5℃ to 40℃ and an air relative humidity from 30％ to 95％.

If the area does not conform to above conditions, please indicate specially when ordering.

This machine is specially used for feed processing, generally for processing powdery, flowable and easily pelleted materials. Do not use it for processing of food.

-Compound feed industry

Various common compound feeds, experiment animal feed, mineral mixed feed, dog feed, fish feed and shrimp feed.

-Coarse feed industry

Hay, corn leaf and stalk, biogases, apple residue and distillers’ grains

-Oil industry

Various kinds of cake and meal, corn germ, delinted cottonseed hull and peanut hull

-Flour mill

Bran, screenings of flour mill and corn protein

-Others

Feed yeast, organic fertilizer, hop powder, hop residue, beer residue, deposit in depositing tank, and oat hull.

Both pellet mill are basically used for processing feeds for livestock, poultry and fish.
