Permanent magnet
The permanent magnet is composed of an external cylinder, magnet blocks and polar plates. The external cylinder is made of stainless steel and the magnet blocks are made of composite permanent magnetic materials with high performance.
Door
The door is used for fixing the permanent magnet. The metal impurities adsorbed on the polar plate surface can be removed by timely opening the door.
Working principle
The granular or powdery raw materials and magnetic impurities mixed in the raw materials enter the magnetic separator from the inlet and form an uniform annular material layer around the permanent magnet, in which the magnetic metallic impurities are absorbed on the polar plate surface of the permanent magnet for magnetization by the magnet field, while the granular (or powdery) raw materials flow out through the lower outlet from the magnet field area, so as to achieve the purpose of separation.

Main purpose and application scope
TCXT model is mainly used for separating magnetic metal impurities from the raw materials. It is suitable for feed mills, cereal and oil processing plants, solvent factories and breweries in all scales, and generally installed in the processing pipelines.
Features
The magnet core of this machine is made of up-to-date rare earth permanent magnet material, its magnetic induction density can reach 200～380 T (that of common magnetic separating equipment in the country is about 100 T at present), its service life can reach 6～8 years and its qualification reaches the advanced international standard. It is featured of beautiful form, high structural efficiency, no need of floor and power and so on.
