Installation of pipelines
When the principal machine is positioned, the pipes to be installed, which mainly include:
Installation of the water pipeline for the conditioner
Installation of the steam pipeline for the conditioner
Requirements to site steam and water
Install a sub-steam drum on the floor of principal machine, and the steam pressure of the working sub-steam drum should not be lower than 4 bar;
For site water resource, the pressure of water pipes can just be the same as that of common tap water pipes (about 0.2Mpa).

There are certain requirements to the installation of the pipeline for conditioner, and poor design or installation will directly affect the productive capacity of the equipment.
The standard design for pipeline of the conditioner
The pipeline design mainly aims to control the moisture content in steam since we know that too much moisture in steam will adversely affect the conditioning effect; meanwhile, for some materials (like soybean), too much moisture in the extruding chamber will certainly adversely affect the ripe effect as well as the output. The pipeline design is characterized by the following three points: ① using a steam-water separator; ② using a pressure-relief valve; ③ Adding a draining-down water pipe before the conditioner.
The pipeline elements in this part are not included in the quoted price, and they should be provided by the end user.
