Application and adaptability
SJHSA Series highly efficient double-circle paddle mixers are widely used for mixing powdery, granular, flaky, lumpish, sticky and miscellaneous materials in feed, grain, food, chemical, pharmaceutical and pesticide industries, and also for drying and cooling different materials.
Features
-The rotor adopted is in our unique proprietary double-circle structure, which is characterized by its short mixing period and high mixing homogeneity, for common materials the mixing homogeneity is CV≤5% or even up to 2%~3% within 45s~60s. So, the mixing time is shortened and the production efficiency of the feed mill can be greatly improved;
-Large variable range of filling factor: 0.1~0.8, applicable for mixing the materials with different specific gravity and granularity etc. in various industries;
-Unique proprietary technology for sealing is adopted for shaft-end sealing mechanism, featuring reliable sealing performance, long service life and free of leakage;
-Fast discharge and little residues: the discharge gate is in a bomb-type full-bottom double-leaf structure, so the discharging is fast with little residues;
-For the sealing mechanism of discharge gate, our unique patented technology of air-sac sealing is used, which can make up the defect of gate body deformation, and it is reliable for sealing and free of leakage;
-An elevating type liquid addition device is used, which is convenient and rapid for cleaning and replacing spray nozzles. A kind of air atomizer spray nozzle is used, which can spray evenly without any agglomeration;
-A simple air return device is used, which is convenient for transportation and the inside and outside differential pressure can quickly be balanced during feeding.

Patented double-circle paddle rotor, the mixing homogeneity is ≥97.7% (i.e. CV≤2.3%).

Optimized paddle-to-wall gap and fully open discharge doors, no residue, no contamination; unique air-sac seal, no leakage; optional corrosion-resistant steel design.
C-Easy maintenance
These models have a large access door for cleaning and maintenance, save time.

High mixing homogeneity with short dry mixing (60s~90s per batch) and discharging time.
