SJHS Series paddle mixer

SJHS Double-circle paddle mixer type is a high efficient mixer with feed-tofood safety standard for animal feed, food and pet food industries.

Materials: Carbon steel or stainless, according to customer requests.

A-Have high homogeneity

Patented double-circle paddle rotor, the mixing homogeneity is ≥97.7% (i.e. CV≤2.3%).

B-Hygienic design

Optimized paddle-to-wall gap and fully open discharge doors, no residue, no contamination; unique air-sac seal, no leakage; optional corrosion-resistant steel design.

C-Easy maintenance

These models have a large access door for cleaning and maintenance, save time.

High mixing homogeneity with short dry mixing (60s~90s per batch) and discharging time.

Frequent inspection and maintenance

Check the chains for their normal work situation, at least once a week

Regularly check the safety devices, at least once a week.

Regularly check and clean the air return bags, at least once a day.

In order to avoid heat generation, it is necessary to regularly check the functions of all main shafts and bearings, at least once a week, and to regularly fill up lubricating oil.

Attention

-When the mixer is under stoppage, attention must be taken to prevent it from being started by any accidental starting mode.

-It is not allowed to take off the safety guard for chain pulley.

-When the machine is running, it is strictly forbidden to put fingers near the running parts, such work as inspection, maintenance and cleaning etc. cannot be done until the mixer rotor has completely stopped.

-Safety of the electric system

Before the electric circuit is cut off, it is strictly prohibited to open the terminal box for avoiding electric shock.
