After the cooler is put into use, the operator should regularly inspect the heat exchanger to determine whether it is operating normally.
(1) Check the process parameters and strictly prohibit over-temperature and over-pressure operation.
(2) Check for leaks in the compartment, large pot, and interface flange.
(3) Check the stability of the foundation support.
(4) Check the vibration of the cooler and pipeline.
(5) Regularly check the oil color and temperature changes after heat exchange.
