1. Differential pressure discharge: When impurities accumulate to a certain amount, the differential pressure signal between the cooling water inlet and outlet pipes is used to backwash the sewage, that is, the electric contact pressure gauge turns on the control signal, the control mechanism opens the electric sewage valve, and the electric reducer will It runs at a speed of 3-6 revolutions per minute, and drains into the cooling water outlet pipe through the sewage pipe and the sewage valve, and the cleaning and draining takes about 5-10 minutes. When there is a large debris and the filter cannot be moved in place, the electric device should run in the opposite direction to flush the debris.

2. The user can set the discharge time if needed. The cleaning and discharge time can be set within 0-99 hours. Generally, it is set to discharge once every 12 hours. The time setting can be adjusted according to the water quality of the power plant. That is, the set time is to start the electric reducer to reverse the drain valve to open the drain valve, and reverse the reverse flush to drain the sewage in turn. Until the recoil of all chambers is completed, the electric device stops working, the electric recoil valve and the electric sewage valve are closed, and the sewage work is all finished.
