Features

Vertical general layout, simple and esthetic shape

Advanced counterflow cooling principle, fence type discharging mechanism making reciprocating rectilinear movement is adopted, fluent discharge and uniform discharging volume.

The cooling bin having octagonal section gets rid of cooling dead angles; it is in favor of cooling materials.

The new type rotary spreader ensures materials to be cooled uniformly and completely, and it can reduce the breaking ratio obviously, the scope of materials can be adjusted, and the power consumption is small.

Several pressure reducing plates are mounted on the top of discharging mechanism which can improve the working load of discharging mechanism greatly and reduce distortion, and they can extend the service life of components.

The driving device uses a geared motor to drive the eccentric shaft, it provides stable and reliable driving and the noise is small, and it makes the installation and repair convenient.

The temperature of cooled materials is no higher than the room temperature by +5℃, the precipitation rate is 1%~3.0%, and the storage time of high-grade pellet feeds is prolonged.

The cooling effect of this cooler would decline sharply if the ambient temperature≥38℃ and the relative humidity≥80%, that may cause serious results to the safe storage of feeds.

There is an access door at the front of equipment which facilitates routine maintenance, servicing and repair. There are several observation windows at sides and top cover which facilitate observing the running state of equipment.


Common cleaning work

-Keeping the working site with combustible dust clean is an important condition for safe production.

-Try not to pile bagged or bulk materials between machines.

-In order to reduce dust emission to surrounding areas, all conveying devices, cyclone separators and dust collectors should be kept in good condition. Especially, the unsealing phenomena of pipes or top covers should be avoided.

-In order to reduce dust explosion hazard, dust everywhere must be cleaned out frequently and effectively.

-Keep all motors free of deposited dust.

Frequent inspection and maintenance

-Regularly check the safety devices such as speed monitor or the like, at least once a week.

-Check and clean all the magnetic separators, at least once a day.

-In order to avoid heat generation, it is necessary to regularly check the functions of all main shafts and bearings, at least once a week, and to regularly fill up lubricating oil.
