Pay attention to the following matters during the pelletizing operation of the hammer mill:
(1) Before starting the machine, check whether there are tools, sundries, etc. on the machine, and open the valve to check whether the rotating parts and the discharge screen are damaged.
(2) Suitable lubricating oil should be added to each lubricating part.
3) All fastening parts should be tightened.
(4) After turning on the machine, run it for 2 minutes and observe the machine. If it runs normally, it can be fed and pelletized.
(5) The speed at which the feed roller bites the rubber material must be synchronized with the feed speed. If you find that the feed roller has broken pieces or accumulated film, you should immediately stop the machine to adjust the roller distance of the feed roller.
(6) During the granulation process, if the machine is found to have abnormal noise or increased vibration, it should be shut down immediately for inspection.
(7) After the granulation operation is completed, cleaning must be done.
