In the lower circulation unit, the wind from the circulating fan first enters the upper cavity, is heated downward by the heat exchanger, passes through the material layer and enters the lower cavity. The lower cavity is connected with the fan by the side air duct and the return air pipe, and most of the air is circulated. Part of it is discharged. The upper and lower circulation units can be flexibly equipped according to user needs, and the number of units can also be selected according to needs.

It is used to dehydrate vegetables. Generally, three equipments are used in series to form the initial drying section, the middle section and the final drying section. In the initial drying section, due to the high water content of the material. Poor air permeability, so a smaller paving thickness, faster running speed and higher drying temperature are used. In the initial drying section, the temperature of the drying gas can be as high as 120oC. The material residence time in the final drying section is 3-6 times that of the initial drying section, and the paving thickness is 2-4 times that of the initial drying section. For the requirement that the temperature of the material does not exceed 60oC, a dry gas of about 80oC can be used. The use of multi-stage combination can better exert the performance of the belt dryer, and the drying is more uniform.
