What are the anti-corrosion methods for belt dryers

Leave a message

The belt dryer can be said to be one of the dryers with rapid development and a wide range of applications. The belt dryer combines swirl, pulverization, spouting, classification, and fluidization technology. It is an optimized combination of swirling technology, fluidization technology, spouting technology and convection heat transfer technology. The belt dryer has a higher technical content. , It is very suitable for the drying of paste, granular, filter cake and muddy materials.

1. Use ordinary carbon steel electrostatic spraying polyester resin powder coating.

The corrosion resistance of this powder coating is comparable to that of stainless steel. It has the characteristics of durability, toughness and good decoration, as well as good outdoor weather resistance and heat resistance.

2, using stainless steel cold rolled plate

Belt dryers mostly use the upper cover plate made of stainless steel plate, so the cost is high. Because the dryer will be exposed to various corrosive substances and gases when it is working, and the corrosion resistance of stainless steel is better, it is made of stainless steel cold-rolled sheet instead of ordinary carbon steel.

3, phosphating-passivation process

The phosphating-passivation process is a one-time treatment through electrical and electrochemical reactions, so that the surface of the steel workpiece is covered with rust to show the original color of the metal, and colleagues will also form a dense anti-rust film on the surface. In this way, even if it is prevented for several days under humid air, it will not rust. Moreover, the operation is simple, and the working environment can be improved.
