Installation and debugging of belt dryer
1. Because the equipment is relatively long, attention should be paid to the center of gravity during loading and transportation to prevent distortion.
2. There is no need for anchor bolts to be fixed during installation. When a single unit is used, it can be directly placed on the flat ground. When multiple units are connected in series, the chain center of the latter unit and the previous unit must be aligned on the same straight line to achieve the front and back connection, and the material can smoothly pass through the mesh belt to form a straight-line series production line.
Belt dryer operation and operating procedures
1. Check whether the wiring of electrical equipment is firm, and whether the electrical control part is reliably grounded.
2. Power-on test whether each motor is working normally.
3. There should be no jamming of the transmission chain during no-load operation and full-load operation.
The operation of the mesh belt of the belt dryer and the adjustment of the drying temperature
1. The running speed of the mesh belt can be adjusted without stopping through the speed adjustment button on the electrical cabinet.
2. To adjust the temperature of different unit heaters, the air supply can be adjusted by the opening size of the inlet shut-off valve (also can be equipped with a pressure reducing valve or a steam solenoid valve) of each unit heater, and refer to each unit at the same time. The temperature sensor installed and the reading displayed by the thermometer on the electric control box can be adjusted.
3. The hot air temperature of each unit can be measured by the thermometer on the electric control box.
