Application and adaptability

SKGD Circulating flow belt dryer is mainly used for drying and water removing process of expanded and pelletized feeds.

This machine is applicable for drying aquatic animal feeds, livestock and poultry feeds, pet feeds and special feeds, especially in the manufacturing technology of high-grade feeds for aquatic animals.

This machine can also be used for drying process of granular and flaky materials in cereal, food and chemical industries.

Four-layer horizontal conveying belt can dry uniformly and fully the materials and obviously reduce the crashing ratio.

The material spreading range of spreader is adjustable and the power consumption is low.

The closure-type fan and inner heat exchanger are installed easily and compact.

The air inlet and outlet of the drying circulation air passage composed of outer gate and inner gate can be combined easily according to demand.

The drying time and air quantity for materials in the machine can be controlled according to demand of the customer.

The access door is provided in the front of the equipment conveniently for daily maintenance and repair.

Drying section

Dryer is composed of several drying sections, in convenience for communicating with a uniform name, designations from the “feeding section” to “material returning section” are shown as follows: “drying section I”, “drying section II”, “drying section III”, ……, and the like.

Structure and functions of all parts of dryer is simplified:

Upper case for drying section is set with built-in steam heat-exchanger, intake, discharge and heating of air flow to be dried are completed here;

Lower case for drying section is set, middle access door and inner movable gate form as a built-in air passage;

Air intake door is set to control the quantity of added fresh air;

Air exhaust door is set to control quantity of waste gas discharged from the dryer after being dried;

Middle baffle is set inside the lower case to divide it as upper drying chamber and lower drying chamber;

Several guide rails in dryer are set for supporting chains of conveying belt;

Several material baffle are set to prevent material on conveying belt from overflow in drying process;

Several installation plates of circulating fan are set, sometimes it is required to install temperature sensor on several of them for measuring temperature of hot air.
